Grant is a research assistant for Health Care Policy at the American Action Forum. He was raised in a farming/college town in south-eastern Idaho. He is currently studying applied mathematics and economics at Brigham Young University. He enjoys reading nonfiction books and playing sports – especially basketball. His fields of interest include health economics, behavioral economics, game theory, econometrics, and the economics of terrorism. He is enthusiastic about discussing economic theory with anyone who will listen – especially regarding behavioral economics. He loves learning new things and setting goals for personal improvement. He plans on pursuing a Ph.D. in economics and becoming a university economics professor.
