Elena is an Energy & Environmental Policy intern at the AAF. She holds an M.A. in International Affairs from Boston University, where her major research focused on the U.S. strategic interests in the Arctic.
Elena’s interests include US foreign policy and national security, sustainable development, resource management and energy security among others.
